Your private map library

Upload GeoPDFs, georeference scans and publish new editions, the same tools publishers use. Nothing is for sale: maps reach only your team.

Required maps, offline by themselves

Mark a map required and every member’s app downloads it for offline the next time it is online, into a Team maps folder, and keeps it up to date.

Team forms and field data

Push forms to every phone. Members share placemarks, tracks and photos with the team, one by one or with collection mode. See it all on a map; export CSV, GeoJSON, KML or a shapefile.

Where everyone is

Admins see the live position of members who are sharing it in a group location, on the dashboard map.

Members and seats

Invite by email or with a link, or let anyone with a verified address at your domain join (with admin approval if you like). Remove someone and the team’s maps leave their phone.

Every member gets Cartahaven Plus: offline satellite imagery, a 1 GB backup with photos, weather radar and the 10-day forecast.

Questions

How does the free trial work?

30 days of the Team or Organization plan with everything included, no card. Before it ends, choose card or invoice; the first charge or invoice comes when the trial ends. If you don’t, the team features pause and nothing is charged.

What is a seat?

One person: the owner, each admin or staff member, and each member, joined or invited. Team includes 10, Organization 50; extra seats are $40 per seat per year on yearly plans.

Do members pay anything, or need the app store?

No. Members install the free Cartahaven app (Android, iPhone or the web app), sign in, and join from an invite. All billing is done here on the web by the organization.

What can admins see?

Only what members share with the team (items they choose to share, or everything they record while collection mode is on) and the live position of members who are sharing it in a group location. Never their other tracks, places or backups. Members see this before they join, and can leave at any time.

What happens when someone is removed?

They lose access to the team’s private maps at once. The next time their app syncs, it deletes the team’s maps from the phone. Their own tracks and places stay theirs; items they already shared stay with the team.

Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?

Yes. Choose invoice in the dashboard and add your PO number: Stripe emails an invoice payable within 30 days, by card or bank transfer. Agency plans are always invoiced.

Discounts?

Volunteer search-and-rescue teams and registered nonprofits pay 50% less. Start the trial, then apply from the dashboard with a short form.

How do we cancel?

In the billing portal from the dashboard. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. Your maps stay in your account.
