Prices
$29.99 a year (about $2.50 a month) or $3.99 a month, in US dollars. Renews automatically until you cancel; cancel any time.
By subscribing you agree to the subscription terms. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card.
Questions
- What stays free?
- Everything else: buying, claiming and downloading maps, the offline map app, GPS, recording tracks, placemarks, routes, public land, elevation, area alerts, viewing satellite imagery online, and a 20 MB backup of your tracks and places.
- Does it work in the Android app?
- Yes. In the app, open Settings, then Cartahaven Plus. One subscription works everywhere you sign in: on the web, in the map app and on Android, whichever you bought it on.
- How do I cancel?
- Bought here: use “Manage or cancel subscription” on this page. Bought in the Android app: open the Google Play app, then Payments & subscriptions. Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.
- Can I get a refund?
- If you were charged by mistake or Plus doesn’t work for you, email support@cartahaven.com within 14 days of the charge and we refund it. Otherwise payments are not refunded, except where the law requires. Purchases made in Google Play are refunded through Google Play under its refund policy.
- What happens when Plus ends?
- Nothing is deleted. Satellite imagery you already downloaded keeps working offline. Your backup stays as it is; while it is over 20 MB new items are not backed up until you make room or subscribe again. Photos already backed up stay downloadable.
- Does it work offline?
- Yes. The app remembers your Plus and keeps it working without a connection until a few days after the period ends, so a trip out of signal is never interrupted.
